- Update and digitize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from paper to digital formats using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Collaborate with Operations Area Leads to review and update operating procedures
- Provide administrative support across various departments in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Ensure accurate and organized filing and record-keeping of both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
