- Act as a backup for the Executive Assistant to the Director and provide secretarial and administrative support to HR staff. You will manage incoming and outgoing mail, task registration, and signature tracking.
- Proactively coordinate and follow up on requests for meeting organization and special events, including facilities and logistics. You will prepare meeting files and ensure seamless organization.
- Support internal personnel processes such as leave management, flexible working hours, business trips, onboarding of new employees, and visitor registration. Additionally, you will maintain office supplies.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to individual projects within the Human Resources department.
