Responsibilities
• Prepares VIP agreements
• Conducts monthly VIP sales reconciliation
• Maintains VIP list fo the company's nternal and external sales and service departments
• Maintains VIP list for distributor accounting departments
• Maintains list of OEM accounts related to VIP clients
• Scans and files signed VIP agreements
• Creates VIP performance reports
• Updates/populates CRM with new VIP clients (prospect accounts)
• Reviews trade publications and distributes OEM leads (i.e. Canadian Packaging)
• Maintains/distributes National Business Development & Sales projects and sales leads
• Migrate NBD projects into CRM “opportunity management”
• Prepares documents/reports for Senior Management
• Completes additional administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
• Bilingual English and French (spoken and written)
• Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word
• Data Analytics experience is an asset
• Spreadsheets and data entry experience
• Creative as they may have to create presentations
• 1-2 years preferred in an administrative/related field
• Someone who wants to work for a close team and culture
