Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support to the team or executive staff
- Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Creating and maintaining filing systems for documents and records
- Greeting and directing visitors, clients, or employees
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and high-paced work environment
- Strong typing and data entry skills
· Well-developed problem-solving skills
