Responsibilities
- Maintain and follow-up sales files
- Data entry of all invoices and files making sure they are up to date.
- Marketing the products on the web
- Assure communication between the sales and service department
- Sales and rental invoicing
- Keeping our inventory up to date on all our advertising sites and website
- Assisting the sales department with all sales requirements
- Booking transports, deliveries, SAAQ inspections, engineers certifications etc..
- Customer follow-ups
- Maintaining the priority list in the service department
- Coordinating the work load with the service manager
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and follow-ups
- Service and Parts Invoicing
Qualifications
- Must have 5 years experience in an office setting in administration or coordination experience.
-Strong organizational skills
- Goal oriented
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Computer knowledge, CRM system, Word, Excel, Google Gmail, Drive etc.
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- In good physical shape ( to be able to climb into a crane to get documents and take pictures etc...)
- Team player
