Our client, is seeking an experienced and personable Administrative Assistant to join their vibrant downtown Winnipeg team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fostering a welcoming atmosphere and continuing a fulfilling career in administration.
This is short term 3 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Booking meetings for staff
- Answering the door and receive deliveries
- Distributing mail/ couriers, preparing packages for outgoing couriers/scanning AP cheques
- PDF and combining large files
- Contacting property management for office maintenance
- Pulling AP invoices
- Drafting, Distributing announcements
- Maintaining Lunchroom/stocking up on supplies
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in an administrative role
- Experience using various office software (experience in YARDI would be considered an asset)
- Advanced knowledge of PDF considered an asset
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- A great team player
