Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and direct phone calls to appropriate team members.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct personnel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Update and maintain company databases and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support for various departments as required.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Organize meeting rooms, including preparing necessary documents and devices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management
software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
