Hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 days at home)
Role: Administration
Duration: 3 months (possibility of being extended)
Pay: $35 per hour + Super
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and Billing
- Customer Portal Management
- Vendor Invoice Processing
Ideal Candidate:
- Good Understanding of administration basics e.g. invoicing, credits, vendors. purchasing and vendor invoice processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Strong organisation
- ability to work deadlines
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP and SMAX
- Experience with managing a range of portals for document submission
