Administration All Rounder

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client based in Laverton are looking for an experienced Administration All Rounder to assist the team commencing mid november for a 6-8 week assignment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a friendly “can-do” attitude and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. No weekend work in this role. This position will be commencing asap.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Payroll processing of 15 employees
- Data entry of timesheet records
- Invoicing data entry into Microsoft Dynamics
- General ADHOC administration duties
- Validation of records
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Reliability and commitment to the organisation for the 6-8 weeks into the new year
- Public Holidays will be standard days off
- The ability to be organised and a great communicator
- Previous experience using SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
- A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Computer savvy
