operations, maintaining databases, performing bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and payable data, generating reports, and conducting other clerical tasks when needed.
The perfect candidate will come equipped with organizational, detail-oriented, and a strong customer service skillset.
Advantages

Responsibilities
-Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
-Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
-Perform bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and payable data
entry, payroll data entry, etc.
-Prepare reports for management.
-Assist with Monthly Reconciliations
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Quickbooks experience is a STRONG nice to have
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of employer/employee privacy.
