The team in India is mainly responsible to provide support for :
• Schedule meetings in employee agenda’s
• Travel desk related tasks (booking flight tickets & accommodations)
• Manage the asset inventory of shop hardware in Belgium
...
• Processing of invoices (related to Belgium telecom)
• supporting in Procurement of goods and services
• Preparation of reports for management etc.
Roles & Responsibilities : (High-Level)
• Support employees in planning requested meetings in their agenda appropriately together with counterpart team in Belgium. This is a dedicated service offered to employees in the form of Ombuds (In Colruyt terminology, Ombuds is a dedicated service offered to employees in a stipulated time window)

• A professional and a strong believer in people and organizational values, viz. respect towards individuals, team work, readiness to serve, bearing a cost/benefit mind set (as if you are spending your own money), efficiency with simplicity, open communication while respecting privacy/confidentiality.
