Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Support professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in administrative roles and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our office, supporting various departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Oversee and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Support HR in managing staff records, onboarding new employees, and coordinating training sessions.
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
