about the job
In this role, you will need to help manage office operations and assist with all administrative tasks required by the team. As the team is currently sitting within a serviced office space, you will need to work closely with the community team for any lease renewals or negotiations. You will be responsible to support the team in processing payments, reconciling accounts, handling transactions and will be tasked to prepare reports and documents to supplement their work. This incumbent will also need to ensure that all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Head of Operations, and will work closely with the team and regional counterparts to ensure smooth operations for the team.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services sector. Coming with a good attitude to learn new things and being flexible in taking up new responsibilities over time, along with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively will contribute to your success in this role. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
