Responsibilities
The primary job function is to support the HR Director with common administrative tasks
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurately filed and updated.
Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and assisting with data entry.
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate HR-related tasks and projects.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Any other administrative tasks to support the HR Director
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and additional education in HR or related
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
