Responsibilities:• Provide strategic HR leadership and support for a diverse client group, acting as the primary HR representative to the assigned groups.• Offer HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers on complex employee relation issues.• Lead and execute significant HR projects and processes, including succession planning, salary planning, performance management, and organization design.• Serve as a key leader in shaping company culture and promoting organizational excellence through strategic HR initiatives.• Investigate employee concerns, conduct internal audits, and implement appropriate resolution steps.• Recommend and lead improvements to HR programs and policies.• Partner with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.• Utilize strong analytical skills to support various reporting needs, including headcount and HR metrics.• Actively participate in various business and HR team initiatives.• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including mentoring and developing HR team members.
求められる経験
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 12+ years of directly related Human Resources business partner experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of people manager and manager 5+ people experience are required.
• Prior supervisory and union management experience is key.
• Previous experience working in the BPO or IT Industry and International Company is preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese & English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of vendor groups and leaders both in country and regionally;
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, staffing, and HR practices and policies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing competing priorities and fastpaced work environment.
• Demonstrated sound problem-solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.
• Experience in effective resolution of employee issues, strong facilitation skills, and consulting skills.
• Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information and issues.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow up on assigned projects.
