- Campaign Development: Design and develop offline marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This includes conceptualizing creative ideas, setting campaign objectives, and determining the budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, BA, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Event Planning: Plan and manage brand activation events such as tastings, brand ambassador events, and sponsorships at relevant industry events.
- Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including distributors, retailers, and event venues, to facilitate successful campaign execution.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as sales lift, ROI, and customer engagement. Provide regular reports to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure all campaigns and activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.

- Bachelor's degree, College degree with full experience will be welcomed as well.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or sales activation, preferably in the spirits or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful offline campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Experience with event planning and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing project management tools.
- Physical Requirements: The role may require occasional travel and attendance at events.
