We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and collections
Generate and send out invoices to customers
Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and proactively contact customers to secure outstanding payments
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions
Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable status
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and issues promptly
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Qualifications
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
