Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Process payroll accurately and on time, including tracking hours, taxes, and deductions.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist with month-end close and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Proficient in excel
Bilingual (an Asset)
