The duties of this Accounts Receivable Agent in Pointe-Claire are as follows:
Respond to customer inquiries by e-mail and telephone
Reconcile accounts
Record daily deposits
Issue gas cards
Send copies of invoices and statements to customers
Collect balances due from customers
Other related duties
Qualifications
For this Accounts Receivable Agent position you have:
2 to 5 years' experience in accounts receivable, ideally in a B2B environment
fluency in French and English in communications
Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite
Knowledge of Great Plains and/or Business Central (an asset)
strong attention to detail
