Are you a detail-oriented Accounts Officer looking for a new opportunity? This position is based in our Corporate Office in Brisbane and will offer exposure to various financial operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
As a Accounts Officer, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, handle month-end procedures, and assist with administrative tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, processing franchisee fees, and providing support across various departments, including Human Resources.
Key duties include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records, verifying data, and ensuring compliance.
- Coding and collecting monthly fees.
- Coordinating with teams across Australia and the United States for account reconciliations.
- Providing general office support, handling inquiries, and managing office supplies.
- Assisting with human resources functions, such as maintaining employment records and creating contracts.
About You:
- A strong understanding of financial and administrative systems.
- Experience with payroll, accounts, and general office administration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- CPA/CA qualification or underway is desirable.
This position may require occasional travel within Australia and internationally, mainly to New Zealand.
