Responsibilities
Management of progressive invoicing to customers
Collections and accounts receivable management
Supplier invoice and payment accounting
Management of employee expense reimbursements
Participation in annual and periodic audits
Maintain good business relations with internal and external customers
Support the accounting team during periods of high activity or when replacements are needed
Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
Experience in project accounting (asset)
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters)
Experience in a consulting or technical services environment (asset)
Autonomous, rigorous and able to work as part of a team
Bilingualism (an important asset)
