Key Responsibilities:
... - Lead and mentor GL and reporting teams, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and local statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors, addressing queries and providing necessary documentation.
- Drive change and transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization and technology implementation.

who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred).
- Finance and accounting experience, including leadership in shared services.
- Strong knowledge of Polish and English at a professional level.
- Experience in financial systems such as SAP or HFM and advanced Excel skills.
- A background in managing statutory reporting and financial operations for local markets.
