about the job.
1. Assistant Accountant
- Daily accounting operations and month-end account closing
- To liaise with various department and overseas offices on accounting matters
- Perform ad hocs assignments as required.
2. Accountant
- Responsible for preparation of tax computation and tax returns
3. Accounting Officer (AP)
- Perform accounts payable duties including invoice verification, supplier statement reconciliation, voucher inputs, journal posting, arranging payment by cheques or T/T, and filing
- Responsible for petty cash & expenses claims and payment transaction
- Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks as needed
4. Accounting Assistant (AR)
... - Assist in the daily operation of Accounting department
- Maintain Accounts Receivable function to take care of the production of accurate and timely invoices, the recording and reconciling of receipts
skills & experiences required.
- Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
- Proficient in Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
- Fresh graduates with general accounting knowledge will be also considered
