Responsibilities
An an Accounting Clerk, your duties will include to following
•Processing invoices, handling payments from customers, and managing payments to vendors.
•Managing accounts payable and receivable.
•Recording transactions accurately, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
•Regularly checking and rectifying any discrepancies in financial records to ensure accuracy.
•Collaborating with the finance team to generate statements, reports, and summaries vital for decision-making.
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of experience with payable and receivable.
•Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
•College Degree
