Responsibilities
Accounts receivable processing
- Record cash receipts (credit cards, bank transfers, cheques)
- Prepare invoices, issue credit notes, adjust customer orders in the event of cancellation or postponement of registrations, applying cancellation policy
- Invoice private projects
- Follow-up on unpaid invoices
Accounts payable processing
- Account for supplier invoices
Qualifications
- DEP or AEC in accounting with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position;
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 office tools, with a facility in Excel;
- Very good French; read, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central CRM software;
- Knowledge of the Moneris platform.
- Knowledge of sales taxes
