Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage incoming phone inquiries with professionalism.
Respond to emails from clients and customers promptly, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Create and send invoices while overseeing the payment process.
Reconcile accounts, track outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue receivables.
Maintain and organize files, while inputting data into company systems.
Generate reports for management, providing insights and updates on various tasks.
Assist with end-of-month financial activities, including handling deposits and cash transactions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of office experience
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficient in using computer systems
Bilingualism is an asset but not required
