Responsibilities
Complete bi-weekly payroll cycle;
Answer employees' payroll-related questions;
Invoicing and accounts receivable management (including collections);
Supplier accounts management;
Bookkeeping (customer and supplier invoice entry, bank reconciliations);
Assist with month-end process;
Produce statements and cost tracking for architectural projects;
Carry out client invoicing by project, monitor the age of client accounts and value work in progress;
Collect and analyze data to provide relevant information on project performance and assist in decision-making;
Document filing;
Prepare and make deposits;
Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications
DEC in accounting;
2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, including 2 years in payroll production;
Excellent knowledge of Excel;
Proficiency in Employeur D software (an asset);
Excellent oral and written French, functional English;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
Thoroughness and rigor.
