about the job
- Manually upload files within the defined timeframe for B2B domestic and overseas customers, and for B2C POS/e-commerce operations.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for B2B domestic and overseas customers, and for B2C POS/e-commerce operations.
- Resolve issues stemming from manual uploads and Inland Revenue Board (IRB) regulations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including responding to customer queries related to e-invoicing.
- Collaborate with relevant teams and consultancy firms to identify process improvements and opportunities.
- Ensure that control processes comply with Inland Revenue Board (IRB) guidelines.
- Perform additional job-related or ad-hoc duties as needed.about the manager/team
requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
- 1-2 years working experience in Accounting/Finance/Tax Department at Multinational Company
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills
- Assertive, self- initiative, ability to work individually
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team player skills
- Possess ability to multi-task and demonstrated strong attention to details
