- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Oversee accounting activities for regional countries, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Consolidate regional financial reports for management review.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and forecasts, monitor budget performance with variance analysis, and assist in strategic planning and financial modeling.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability, prepare cash flow forecasts, and implement cash management strategies.
- Implement and maintain systems.
- Conduct comprehensive stock capital reviews, analyzing financial performance and market value to determine the health and growth potential of the company's stock, and preparing detailed reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on regional or international accounting.
- Strong proven knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Autocount and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in the Import and export logistics environment will be a bonus.
