The role involves maintaining the local General Ledger (books and records), overseeing financial reporting, regulatory reporting, tax filing, and providing support to various functions where finance plays a pivotal role.The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a multitasking and multi-cultural environment. A solid technical understanding of the life insurance business, regulatory reporting, and USGAAP is highly desirable.・Regulatory Reporting for JSTAT・Financial Reporting following USGAAP standards・Execution of Treasury Activities・Assistance in Management Information, encompassing profitability analysis, revenue breakdown by product line, and plan versus actual analysis・Conducting Cost Analysis・Aid in Tax Filing for Japan

求められる経験
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
・3-7 years of relevant experience in financial services
・Strong financial technical skills (Nissho bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent)
・Proven time management and multitasking abilities
・Proficiency in English and Japanese (TOEIC score required)
・Advanced Excel skills
