Responsibilities
As Accounts Payable Coordinator, your responsibilities will include..:
•Receive, sort, and classify invoices according to their nature and origin.
•Meticulously verify invoice details, including quantities, prices, and required documents.
•Record transactions in the designated computer system.
•Organize invoices pending payment by suppliers.
•Prepare and distribute checks for payments.
•Collaborate closely with buyers to clarify invoice-related queries.
•Ensure tracking of transactions and financial obligations at the end of each month.
Qualifications
The Accounts Payable Coordinator must possess:
- A DEP in accounting;
- Accounting experience (an asset);
- Bilingualism essential, oral and written (French and English);
- Strong motivation and demonstrated ability to take initiative;
- Self-reliance and resourcefulness are very important qualities;
- Good communication skills.
