Your New Role:
As an Account Manager, you will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager and play a pivotal role in our organisation. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. This involves understanding their unique needs and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering a sense of trust and loyalty. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for addressing their concerns, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- On-board new clients and assist with enquiries and orders.
- Promote company products and convert enquiries into sales.
- Grow the corporate account portfolio by following up on leads.
- Manage the Corporate Sales team in the absence of the Customer Experience Manager
- Supervise and coach team members during peak periods.
- Improve and streamline sales processes and pipeline.
- Work on policies and procedures with the Customer Experience Manager.
- Ensure high standards in product presentation and workplace culture.

About You:
- Minimum 3 year's experience in Account Management or Account Manager, Sales, Customer Service, Customer Experience
- Customer service experience
- Retail or online sales experience is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong time management and planning skills
