Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the genomics sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the genomics market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Client Support and Education:
- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our genomic solutions.
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.
