- Insurance Documentation Support - Provide thorough assistance and backup in the preparation of all documents regarding the placement of employee benefits or general insurance, such as quotations, proposals, slips, invoices, cover notes, and other relevant paperwork
- Premium and Credit Management - Keep track of the payment of premiums and handle credit control processes for clients
- Stakeholder Coordination - be the point of contact to liaise with relevant parties in documentation preparation and presentation
- Administrative Assistance - support the team in maintaining clients’ database, filing systems, data entry and document processing
- May take on ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Business administration, Finance, Insurance or related disciplines. Diploma will also be considered
- Solid knowledge and understanding of employee benefits or general insurance
- Prior experience in account management with insurance will be a HUGE ADVANTAGE
- Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferably in insurance, banking and/ or financial industry
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Account Executive
