This is an excellent opportnity if you're an Account Director with experience across enterpise accounts and a varitey of projects such as Digital Matketing/ Creative Producetion/ brand/ CRM/ Martech projects etc.
This is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Delivery
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and objectives.
- Partner with clients to grasp their objectives and offer innovative digital marketing solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and input to clients' digital marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Demonstrate experience in enhancing client briefs and setting high standards for internal briefings to client and creative services teams.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
Campaign/Project Management
- Collaborate closely with client services teams (including project management, creative services, web development, CRM, and performance marketing) to ensure alignment with client goals and effective delivery of top-tier campaigns and projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Foster relationships with a diverse range of client stakeholders across various seniority levels and enhance efficiencies in stakeholder engagement.
- Exhibit expertise in a range of digital marketing functions (including martech, data and analytics, and CRM systems) as well as brand strategy, creative production, and execution.
Client Contracts and Deliverables
- Negotiate and manage client contracts.
- Ensure client agreements are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments as needed.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring client deliverables are met or exceeded and delivered on time, and resolve any arising issues.
Budget Management and Financials
- Efficiently and accurately manage the client’s budgets and resources.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices and receipt of payment.
- Align all projects with financial targets and the overall goals of the agency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Exceptional client servicing capabilities.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and client service, with a minimum of 5-7 years in an Account Director/Business Director level role.
- Proven experience in creative production and delivery of high-volume trade campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling client contracts and negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a remote, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and lead projects to successful completion.
