• Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or higher education (e.g., HEG), ideally complemented by a personnel management assistant certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in human resources, ideally in an international company is a plus
• Experience with numerical data (e.g., payroll management, etc.)
• Native German speaker, fluent in English, French would be an advantage
• Proficient with IT tools, especially Google workspace
• Familiarity with Easytemp is a plus
• You are detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive
• You demonstrate maturity, strong communication skills, and excellent priority management
• You thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of service quality
• Team-oriented, you take initiative and are highly organized and trustworthy
