In this role, you'll attend meetings, provide progress updates, and convert course files to accessible MS Word and PowerPoint templates in both English and French. You'll run the MS Accessibility Checker, fix issues, track and insert translated material, and ensure proper formatting.

Responsibilities
(1) Attend meetings with the project manager and project team members to discuss daily/weekly workload assignments.
(2) Convert project files for multiple courses to the latest MS Word version (.docx).
(3) Identify accessibility issues by running Accessibility Checker.
(4) Update MS Word files to fix accessibility issues (including, but not limited to, table layout, txt style and headings, colour contrast, etc.) based on the accessibility report.
(5) Provide regular updates to the project manager on the work progress and identify challenges and issues.
(6) Communicate with the project team members on a regular basis to discuss possible challenges and fixes.
(7) Review updated course documents to ensure accessibility fixes are in place.
(8) Submit completed documents to the project manager.
Qualifications
(1) Must possess 5+ years’ experience using Microsoft (MS) Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
(2) Must possess 2+ years’ experience using Accessibility Checker.
(3) Must possess 5+ years’ experience preparing reports and communications.
