Summary of the Role:
Plan and schedule the supply activity for LFE and Additives in geographies targeted for growth. Manage the raw materials supplies, the inventory levels for all materials (raw materials, finished products and packaging components) through all supply points in scope. Manage and adhere to the applicable stocking policies. Ensure that the material and transactional flow supports required customer lead times and service levels.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Create and ensure adherence to the production schedule. The schedule must consider the capacities of production, the inventory objectives, and the raw material constraints.
Releasing the sales orders based on the logistic capacity and inventory position at stock points.
Ensure all the delivery notes leave the plants on time. Accountable for finding solutions to ensure the respect of the shipment schedule.
Oversee the raw materials replenishment from 3 rd party suppliers and Lubrizol entities.
Daily communication with the 3P supply point, suppliers, the customer experience team, the account manager, the business, supply chain and logistics partners to ensure common understanding of status and collaborate to resolve any issues to serve customers.
Accountable for the monthly stock reconciliation and the annual inventory.
Accountable for the following SAP workflows:
1. Creation of the process and purchase orders.
2. Confirm and release customers sales orders.
3. Process the goods receipts for both the process and purchase orders as the goods issue for the delivery note.
4. Maintain the inventory updated in the ERP through the monthly and annual stock reconciliation.
Additional responsibilities:
Key contact for test purpose in SAP in case of new implementation or any new process linked to SAP.
Fully engaged in the sales and supply chain review meetings.
Check and validate the invoices for the tolling and logistics activities and establish the reserves.
Responsible for the SAP master data accuracy.
Manage the SCAR process for 3P suppliers in scope
Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years if experience in supply chain within process industries.
Minimum 2 years prior SAP user experience.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office products.
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Flexibility with the schedule in order to interact with counterparts in the United States and China.
Education / Certification:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Additional qualifications and experience in Supply Chain & Procurement of Logistics preferred.
