Responsibilities
• Initiating Purchase Requisitions – gathering info from PMs, reviewing the vendor Statement of Work for completeness
• Processing invoices in SAP – reviewing for completeness, adding project coding, entering in SAP, routing for approvals
• Reviewing Business Cases – confirm that the financial information in multiple tables in the business case all align
• Preparing documents for approval – preparing routing page and collating documents in PDF and uploading to SharePoint
• Routing documents for approval – circulating to multiple BC Hydro staff and following-up
• Updating Excel Report – requesting PMs to update monthly Excel report, and confirming that it is complete
- Other financial tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Key skills and experience:
• A minimum three (3) years of financial work experience or equivalent
- SAP Financials
- MS applications - Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams
- Understanding of project lifecycle
