Responsibilities
Experience and Role Accountabilities
• A minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment.
• Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and organizational context.
• Support assessing and translating subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
• Support the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
• Apply guidelines, standards, and templates in creating materials.
• Plan and manage training delivery to target audiences.
• Execute and support the training delivery approach (e.g. deliver content where appropriate or enable others to deliver).
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned.
Work Assignment Requirements:
Manage all aspects of training delivery for the SSAP project.
• Secure facilities
• Secure equipment
• Develop and manage training schedules.
• Report on schedule compliance
• Monitor and measure the success of the training roll out.
• Support the production and distribution of training materials.
o Send materials to print (RICOH), if required.
• Help coordinate Trainer travel arrangements to support training sessions delivery.
• Support Communications team
Qualifications
This request is for a Training Logistics Coordinator
The candidates MUST have:
- A minimum one (1) year of change management experience or equivalent.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Significant experience with planning, booking and scheduling multiple events and attendees
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially Outlook and Excel
It would be NICE if the candidates have:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience developing and delivering reports
Summary
Location: Remote/ Edmonds/Dunsmuir - successful candidate may need to visit one of the company locations for workshops if/when required.
