Responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level (in large organizations) in records management and archival services planning and development.
• Ability to provide advice and leadership to executives, line managers, and staff, in operational and office environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing and/or managing indexing/classification, taxonomies, and electronic management systems, and strategic records, information, and imaging systems.
• Excellent change management, communication and interpersonal skills; contract, project management, and risk assessment skills
• Ability to assess current industry trends and emerging business requirements, technologies, and develop strategies for the effective provision of records and information management.
• Experience with leading and implementing projects relating to digitization and/or digital preservation.
Qualifications
Education:
• Master’s Degree in Library and Information Studies, Archival Studies, Information Studies or similar designation
• A combination of work experience and educational background may be considered
