• The Project Manager - Infrastructure Level 1 is responsible for the successful completion of low to medium risk infrastructure or other construction projects by leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams through project activities so that projects are successfully completed safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
This role will support various programs across the distribution end of life portfolio, contributing to the overall successful delivery of managing assets across British Columbia. This role is an integral part of the team to support the Program and Contract Management team, leading the safe project delivery across the province, and ensuring we can provide our customers with reliable, affordable, and clean electricity.

Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with program managers to execute delivery of the programs
• Manage financial and scope of work exceptions for various programs by analyzing and interpreting financial data, tracking exceptions and resolving them to reduce overall program spend.
• Project progress monitoring, reporting, problem solving and escalation.
• Engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Foresee, assess, manage, and escalate program risks or roadblocks during execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of project/program management or business analysis experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of project and program management principles, including various delivery models
• Strong attention to detail, and a questioning attitude.
• Experience working with budgets, costing, and associated data analysis.
• Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
