Randstad Education is partnering with specialist schools in Liverpool to provide dedicated support for students with diverse learning needs. We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students in a rewarding, term-time role, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Personalised Support: Assist children and young people with various SEN, including Autism, ADHD, MLD, PMLD, and SLD, in a nurturing, one-to-one setting.
Behaviour Mentoring: Act as a confident, creative, and patient role model, helping to build strong, positive relationships with students.
Collaborative Learning: Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons across different classes and assist with planning, preparing, and delivering the P Scales curriculum.
Promote Positive Relationships: Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment that helps students thrive and build their confidence.
Support a Range of Needs: From academic support to personal care, provide tailored assistance to students with various physical and learning disabilities.
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience: Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting is preferred but not essential.
Skills: You must be patient, empathetic, and professional, with a passion for helping others achieve their potential.
