・3-5+ years of buying and/or merchandising experience in the fashion industry.
・Experience with luxury goods is a plus.
・Strong understanding of fashion trends and the industry landscape.
・Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Proven ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.
・Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
・Experience with merchandising planning is a plus.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Strong leadership capabilities and decision-making skills.
