Would be responsible for driving sales and sourcing of AGRI/SME
loans for Bank.
Would be managing a Team of Regional level team leads
deployed across regions
Ensure regions achieve monthly productivity targets assigned at
regional level for FoS products
Regular hiring and optimum team structure to be maintained as per
the targeted team’s size and business targets.
Regular training of regional level team leads and branch
level feet on street on bank product and process in co-ordination with
Bank Team.
Track FTR, TAT and deliver as per standards set by Bank from time
to time. Role & Responsibilities Business activities:
Performance management for all regional level team leads
and branch level feet on streetand communication of daily
performance to DGMs
Tracking and helping enable infra. (Desktop & tablet access,
necessary credential, etc) for all feet on street
Managing attrition and proposing hiring across regions
Being an active part of the interview panel for hiring new
feet on street and regional level team leads
Formulation of sales strategies and gamification (Campaigns and
competition) across branches
Conducting regular meetings with regional level team leads
on performance across regions
Attendance in regular meetings with Business Ops. Head for
review on performance across regions under FoS Territory manager
Other essential activities:
De-bottlenecking issues faced by feet on street deployed in
the regions under territory manager; timely up-dation of
unresolved issues to circle manager
Sharing of necessary reports with key personnel as laid out in
business activities
Setting up and attending necessary meetings as laid out in business
activities
Ensuring adherence to cadences (meetings) between
regional level team leads and branch level feet on streetfor all
regions under him
Managing attrition across regions and being an active part of the
interview panel for hiring new Feet on street. Job Specific skills: Ability to manage feet on street (FoS) operations at scale
Good credit and basic banking knowledge of various products
including Agri, and SME and General Banking Product and
Operations would be an advantage
Ability to suggest sales interventions & strategies to boost sales
across Feet on street deployed under SBOSS Territory Manager
Experience in managing senior personnel in an organisation –
communicating requirements, engaging in negotiations, and
providing feedback
Work with other stakeholders on identifying manpower requirements
Good listening and communication skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Interpersonal and negotiation skills to enable interaction with people
at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong
sales, and relationship management skills.
