As a Technical Business Analyst, you will assist project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements. Also, you will manage the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring, documenting and communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need. More specifically, your duties will be the following:
- Understand business and IT concepts, best practices, and functions to support technical solutions and solve technical challenges
- Understand services, DB schemas and integration processes between systems of different technologies
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and requirements
- Map processes and use cases and analyze business cases
- Manage stakeholders, users and conduct requirement workshops
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in documenting functional and technical requirements for the development team
- Guide the technical teams and developers in project development streams
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the implementation phase
