- Previous experience in working as a Service Desk Specialist or similar role.
- Able to handle user queries and issues.
- Enhance processes through analysis, reviews, reporting, and automation.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve user issues, offering expert advice and support.
- Good knowledge of resolving monitor issues and escalating when necessary.
- Keep records, monitor issues, and keep users updated on the actions taken.
