HRIS Systems Lead

Work with a state government organisation who support those who have been injured on our roads and help them get their lives back on track.
This position will be integrated into the PC&E Analytics, Systems, and Workforce Planning team within the People Experience division. You'll also closely collaborate with the Payroll team, other departments within PC&E, and IT shared services team.
About the role
- 3 month contract
- Immediate start
- Monday to Friday - full time hours
- Geelong & work from home - 3 days office p/w
- Pay - $65-80/hr (commensurate with experience)
Oversee all components of the HRIS (Aurion), which includes tasks such as continuous system upkeep, adjustments, troubleshooting, and generating reports.
As a systems administrator, you'll identify, create, and execute enhancements to streamline processes, offering support and direction to stakeholders.
Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality of the HRIS to uplift employee satisfaction, support strategic goals, and enhance overall organisational efficiency.
... What you will have
- Extensive demonstrated experience in configuring and administration of systems (preferably HRIS) including leading system implementations and enhancements;
- Knowledge of PC&E processes and best practices;
- An analytic mind with the ability to simplify and solve complex issues and problems;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and sound written and verbal communication skills (including an ability translate business requirements into technical specifications)
