Manage the overall general affairs function of the company and purchasing equipment and supplies.

Manage the utilization of meeting rooms, office supplies, equipment and company cars, including car reservations, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare Asset Damaged Reports for vehicles and fixed assets, as well as GA expense reports with analytical control
Take charge of the company's security and emergency preparedness plans, and continuously enhance the safety and functionality of the company's facilities
Coordinate with other departments to organize events and activities
Provide administrative and logistical support to departments as necessary to help achieve the company's strategic goals
Experience in Facilities maintenance and upkeep from Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Furniture aspect of office facilities
