skills & experience required
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, whether as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading technical teams within an agile framework.
- Proficient in Node.js & Typescript ecosystem, with hands-on expertise.
- Solid understanding and application of DDD, Microservices Architecture, SQL, NoSQL, and Design Patterns.
- Proven experience with code deployment tools such as Puppet, Ansible, and Chef.
- Extensive familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies, including Azure Cloud, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Knowledgeable about cloud solutions like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively engage with diverse teams.
